Son piezas hinduistas y budistas realizadas entre el siglo V y el VIII.<\/p>\n<p>Las obras de esta exposici\u00f3n se asocian a las culturas de los llamados \u201creinos perdidos\u201d: Pyu, Funan, Zhenla, Champa, Dv\u0101ravat\u012b, Kedah y \u015ar\u012bvijay, que se sit\u00faan en el Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico. <\/p>\n<p>En toda la regi\u00f3n penetr\u00f3 primero el hinduismo y m\u00e1s tarde el budismo dejando gran proliferaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes religiosas e inscripciones que han permitido conocer el pasado de estas culturas. <\/p>\n<p>La exposici\u00f3n re\u00fane obras provenientes de Museos Nacionales de Camboya, Vietnam, Tailandia, Malasia, Singapur y Birmania y piezas del Museo Guimet de Artes Asi\u00e1ticas de Par\u00eds. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Lost Kingdoms &#8211; Hindu-Buddhist Sculpture of Early Southeast Asia, 5th to 8th Century<\/strong>\u201d se puede ver del 14 de abril al <strong>27 de Julio de 2014 <\/strong>en Nueva York. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n 11\/04\/2014 El Metropolitan Museum of Art de Nueva York inaugura una exposici\u00f3n dedicada a explorar el arte escult\u00f3rico surgido en los primeros reinos hinduistas y budistas del Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico, \u201cLost Kingdoms\u201d.
